This is the second part of our series on how we utilized our complimentary accommodation tickets from winning the Taiwan the Golden Land lucky draw. When we called to make reservations, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that they accept the accommodation vouchers since they are part of the participating service providers. To our delight, we were able to combine and use multiple vouchers after verification. The establishment has a cozy, upscale ambiance and is impeccably clean. For our meal, we decided to order the 5 pieces of fried chicken, biscuits, fries, a full slab of pork ribs, and the spiced carrot cake. The biscuits were moist and warm, and they were served with a delightful combination of blueberry jam and butter, elevating the overall flavor profile. The fried chicken was a standout, boasting freshness, crispiness, juiciness, and, most importantly, tenderness. Being boneless, it made for a truly enjoyable and delicious experience. The pork ribs were expertly marinated and cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, and the dish was served warm. Its distinct flavor profile complemented the fried chicken, enhancing the overall dining experience. In summary, it was a fantastic experience! We extend our gratitude to the Taiwan tourism board and Buttermilk for providing us with such a memorable meal. We absolutely loved it.

I'm blessed to have such a dear friend to introduce this lovely eatery to me during my homecoming trip to Taiwan. It's in the lobby area of Amba hotel on Zhongshan North Road. Great hospitality, very young and energetic design, full of American South vibes. Brunch is very popular you can easily tell from the full house guests. Fried chicken is one of their signature menu, it won't disappoint you anyway. Crispy outside, tender and juicy inside, full of flavour, simply yummy! 👍👍👍
