More Comments at Google MapThank you Lisa for being the BEST server 🥹 All good dining experiences require good food, company, and service. You’ll easily get good food and service here. The flavor profile for all the dishes were nicely balanced and restrained (not too salty or oily). While price wise it is more expensive than a mom and pop restaurant, it is still good value for the experience. We paid $150 (usd) for 4 dishes, 2 glasses of champagne per person, and 2 gifts for souvenirs. Good value if you ask me ! Highly recommend the minced pork with chive and century egg.
I enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Fujin. It is elevated Taiwanese food with a few dishes that I’ve never seen in other places. Flavors were right on and, though prices were higher than what you would pay for equivalent food in other places, portions were large. Service was polite and laid back. Also called me right away when I accidentally left my umbrella. Thank you! My favorite dish was the taro over fried pork. (5th picture)
Fantastic food which was worth paying for. We ordered the stir fried beef, sweet and sour bread stick and prawns and the crispy tofu. All the dishes tasted amazing and it was the perfect amount of food for two of us. There were also a number of wines on the menu at a reasonable price starting at 1000 TWD a bottle. Staff were very welcoming and attentive. I’d highly recommend this place.
