Best food in the village

I ordered a bowl of seafood assorted glass noodles and I must say it was really delicious. The soup has the flavor of both bone stock and rich shrimp. It tastes very warm and you can tell that the store has spent a lot of time cooking it. It is really different from other restaurants that add MSG and various seasonings to make it quick. Although the dining location is under a dilapidated arcade, the tables, chairs, tableware and floors are all clean. It can be seen that the store has done their best to maintain and tidy up the place. The only thing I can't understand is why the scallions in blanched vegetables taste like nutty chocolate? ? ? ?
