Such an elite restaurant. The dim sum is a mochi pastry, but fried with a thin crisp on the outside, and still chewy on the inside. The blend of slightly savory and slightly sweet taste makes it very nicely balanced, very tasty. We were originally wondering why Dim Sum would take time to serve, and the result shows why. Very elite. Abalone and Chicken Congee was good. Very fine.
