Toucheng Township, Yilan County｜請上座美食熱炒

We stayed in town for almost two weeks and ate here every other day except for on Lunar New Years when they only offered family set meals. The food is consistently tasty; fresh seafood, cheap and delicious sashimi. I don’t speak or read Chinese so the only way I could order was to show them pictures from the reviews. The owner was kind and patient enough to help, and always said “hello” and “goodbye” (in English) which happen to be the only two words I also know in Chinese. 10/10 recommend for quality and price.

Saw another table having sashimi but too late, we were already full. Had the smoked skipjack tuna , home grown organic green veg and the best dish was the calamari.
