The nigiri sushi set (480 yuan) is very fresh and delicious, and the eight guan sushi are handled very well, regardless of the knife, the degree of searing, the amount of rice, soy sauce and wasabi are just right. The appetizer salad is crisp and the sauce is delicious, the miso soup has larvae for added texture and umami, and the sweet potato mousse for dessert is rich but refreshing. It is an interesting and beautiful fusion. Eating food at a log table is also a great experience, and it is highly recommended to give it a try.
