Anping District, Tainan City｜Win Chang Beef Soup Anping Main Shop

Absolute banger of a shop. Everything was delicious even the vegetable dishes. I’m sad I didnt get the soup when I saw all the locals get it.

Shop is big, efficient in serving food, so don't have to wait long even during peak hour. Beef is fresh, tasted better with the shredded ginger. Beef fried rice is very nice with wok hey and not oily. Cabbage is too blend to my liking.Price is reasonable as well.

Beef fried rice was so good I had to re-evaluate my list of favourite dishes in Taiwan. Savory with just the right amount of heat from the chili, beef so damn tender and juicy, rice plump and fragrant with onions... oh my god I can't stop thinking about this fried rice. It's absolutely rude how good thus beef fried rice was. It had no right being this good >:( now I'm going to miss this dish so badly while I'm back home in Singapore. Oh by the way, the signature beef soup and beef with eggs were also chef's kiss.
