Luodong Township, Yilan County｜料理部長餐酒館Minister of Cuisine Bistro

Our first dinner back in Luodong Town after a month out of the country, at this remarkable local bistro owned and run by a super-talented lady chef. Tonight, she was doing a solo job, preparing and serving dishes for three tables worth of dinner service. Her 10,000 hours spent honing her craft was evident yet again when my dishes arrived: Pork and Chinese Sausage in Szechuan Peppers, Pan-fried Fish with Wasabi Pepper, Omelette with fish fry, and Sautéed Broccoli. The food was delicious and the wine pairing was good.
