Xinyi District, Taipei City｜ONE TEN Restaurant 食分之一餐館 （全預約制，至少一天前訂位訂餐）

They always say that with good ingredients you don't need to do much. At One Ten they do a tremendous job of letting the ingredients speak for themselves. This was our first time dining at One Ten upon recommendation of our friend (who is the fish purveyor for the restaurant). Sayun/Carol took care of us for the evening and really thoughtfully presented each dish's ingredients as we were served. The experience was such a treat especially after a long day at the office. I have to say I enjoyed everything we ordered (note: you need to reserve and pre-order on advance): crispy pork belly (not pictured) paired with a wild onion relative, fried small ocean shrimp that felt like you could snack on like popcorn, a caesar salad with really tasty chicken, crispy fish tacos and a roasted whole fish with bamboo rice. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be coming back!

One of the best restaurants I have tasted recently. Diners need to preorder from the menu while making the reservation, which means everything you consume there will be. Freshly prepared for you. Very unique and highly recommended.

The chef's attentive cooking is remarkable in every detail. The store manager's friendly reception and introduction to each dish and wine make people feel like they are in a French restaurant.
