Very well decorated cafe in European style with multiple paintings hanging on the wall. Great fish and chips on the menu with tartar sauce and lemon, while malt vinegar is not provided. Great homemade oolong milk tea served with beautiful tea pot and cup. Love their blueberry chocolate tart, not too sweet and have a hint of sour flavour from blueberries on top, quite a perfect match. Credit cards not accepted, cash only.

Very beautiful restaurant. The decor is elegant with fine details. Rice combo is good (duck meat is a must try!) Price: Set is around 300 TWD. If you upgrade your tea option, would be around 400-500 TWD. Service: Good Location: Next to street. You can park your car aside the street. Food: I ordered the rice combo with duck meat, which is a famous local meat in Yilan. Tasty!

European style decoration in the Cafe! The dessert and drinks were great and it’s pet friendly restaurant. Also you can see the beautiful view from the Café! Highly recommend!
