Meals are divided into rich/li/sea set meals and general pot food. The difference lies in the appetizer, the main meal and the final miscellaneous cooking. The main focus is fresh and seasonal seafood ingredients. This time our seafood pot flavor is seasonal ghost knife and grape shrimp. ✅Meat products Yilan black pork is paired with Australian Wagyu beef and Wing Ban beef. Yilan pork is really fresh and sweet. Personally, I think it tastes even better than beef😋 The appetizer can be sashimi or grilled food. The sashimi has flower branches, fresh fish and grape shrimp. The freshness is higher than many Japanese dishes. It doesn’t have the taste of being frozen for a long time🔅 There are grape prawns, small tubes, clams, and ghost knives in the pot. Especially the ghost knives have no fishy smell at all, just fresh and sweet and seafood. Serving for two will be super filling! Finally, there are homemade Yilan golden jujube sorbet or black molasses aiyu to choose from, which is really incomparable to many high-end pot foods in Taipei.
