Finally there's a decent bistro in Keelung that provides various draft beer including SUNMAI and 1664. The risotto is very creamy, but would have been better if served on a warm plate, or less flat to prevent the temperature from dropping down too fast. The filet steak is juicy and tender, while the fried combo plate is awesome as well. There are some minor points, but as suggested by another guest, having such a bistro in Keelung is now a plus, so the fitth star mainly comes from the location, and I hope it keeps becoming better over time.
