Yilan City, Yilan County｜螃蟹屋和漢海鮮料理

The Crab House is one of the best seafood restaurants in Yilan city, IMHO. First of all, the managers and the staff are all super friendly. And, as I come from NYC, freshly prepared seafood is what I miss the most. This place provides all kinds of fish and shellfish, delivered super fresh every day right from the docks by their fishermen-contractors. You cannot get fresher than that. They are also always happy to prepare meals to suit special needs and tastes. Maybe you are like me. When a place is serving high quality fresh seafood and great vegetables to go with them, I like to specify no salt / soy sauce / seasoning / starch— so I can savor the wonderful flavors of all the great quality ingredients.
