Not sure how they only gotten 4 stars. Chicken was succulent, sweet and q! Fragance was out of this world. From where I am, the tiny red dot, we can never get such tasty free range organic chicken.... The 红菜 is just out of this world unique, stir fry with sesame oil, the vegetable itself is earthy and has abit of spicy notes... I simply adore it. 香糕渣 a dish made with coagulated superior stock hold it's own flavor profile, creamy, fragrant yet savory at the same time. Damn it's good. Other honorable mentions are the stir fry 3 star scallions and fried tofu, simple yet satisfying. Sorry for the lack of photos, once I bit into chicken and red vegetables, went into frenzy mode and gobbled down the food
