Serving stunning highly flavourful dishes using Japanese techniques, integrating local and imported products and run by an energetic and welcoming team – this is a gem of an Yilan restaurant! I will definitely be back. My complaints – the lighting is quite bright for an evening meal, can't pay with a card, and the dishes came out so fast that some were put down before the current ones were finished. With no reason to be so rushed, and dishes so flavourful, it’d be nice to not feel pressured to eat fast, and have a few minutes to savour the flavour between each one.

A delightful meal we have here. The taste is excellent and the ingredients are super. Sashimi is so delicious it’s out of this world. The 2 chefs here are all very professional and pleasant to talk to. Great presentation!
