Jiaoxi Township, Yilan County｜丞品越南牛肉河粉（林美店）

This is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've eaten at in Taiwan. We discovered this place after a weekend of hiking in jiaoxi and the meal really hit the spot. Since then, every time we are around Jiaoxi, we make a beeline for this place. The first time we were there, we ordered the pho and the bun thit nung. The pho broth was fresh, light and flavorful. The bun thit nung was deliciousl and quite authentic. We have also ordered the spicy Vietnamese chicken on our visits, which is a perfect blend of crispy chicken on a bed of fresh herbs and vietnamese style picked carrots and raddish. The restaurant is run by a lovely Vietnamese family, and a few minutes' drive from Jiaoxi city center, through paddy fields, gets you there.

It’s really delicious, the big bowl is authentic, every time I go to Jiaoxi, I don’t forget to eat a bowl⋯
