Yilan City, Yilan County｜Lian Xin Su Shi Can Fang

Vegetarian store. Gaojha- yilan specialty. This is vegetarian option. Crispy outside, soft inside. Handmade dumpling soup taste just like beef noodle soup. Delicious!

We are staying in Yilan for 5 nights and we have eaten at this vegan restaurant twice (and will be back again). The boss really has unique flavours for his dishes. We liked every dish: whole wheat dumplings, spicy pasta noodle, Japanese ramen noodle soup, and eggplant! Really delicious and you can tell the chef puts a lot of passion into his cooking. Also, the restaurant is very clean inside!

For lunch, the stewed pork rice here is really delicious 😃
