He is a famous head shop chef in the neighboring villages, and some people from Kaohsiung, Taichung, and Taipei invite him to cook foreign cuisines. To paraphrase Professor Zeng Shufeng's famous saying, she said that Shui Qingshi is top-notch cuisine... eat it, and you will miss it for several lifetimes"

Brilliant, fresh and very reasonably priced seafood. Well worth the trip.
