Our friends in Tainan insisted on taking us to this local favorite spot, and I can totally see why - they have fresh, tasty seafood! The restaurant has a bunch of live tanks of crab, shrimp, fish, and more. Loved the crab and the Taiwanese "Three Cup" squid dish with fresh basil. We also got these little snails: you eat them with a toothpick and dip them in white pepper.
