What a bargain! All of us vegetarians agreed that the food was amazing. This hand roll uses alfalfa sprouts with pineapple, cucumber and vegetarian mullet. It is refreshing, delicious and very delicious. Non-vegetarians in the company also enjoyed this meal very much. Very pleasant surprise for DIY Oden, I like it. Vegetarian meat sauce with vegetables and vegetarian ingredients, wonton is very low, and rice. There is also an alpine organic vegetable section - very fresh and healthy. Vegetarian sashimi and other Japanese dishes are also very tasty. The vegetarian sashimi tastes very good, and it feels fake when paired with soy sauce wasabi, but it tastes better without the fishy smell. Although the dessert area does not have as many choices as some other European buffets in Taipei, I think the standard is higher. Almost everything is delicious. I tried all the eggless desserts. Except for the chocolate mini pie, I think the chocolate taste is not strong enough, and the chocolate rice is a bit airy, but the others are very bright. Rich cheesecake is eggless but rich in cheese but not greasy. Black sesame mochi: The black sesame has a rich and mellow flavor, and the mochiQ is tender and not sticky to the teeth. Mung bean bulgogi (available in store) contains shiitake mushrooms, not too sweet and full of fragrance. Drinks include freshly squeezed juice, coffee, grape and apple cider vinegar. There are also Yakult and mango ice. There are also popsicles, ice cream and DIY shaved ice - too many choices to try them all. All in all, we recommend this one! The vegetarian industry is not easy to operate, and the dedicated operators hope that everyone can support it.
