Three exquisite dishes, three distinguishing tastes. Not too many restaurants of this kind can be found in the City of Tainan, which is so famous for street foods or Taiwanese style food the stereotype. All three dishes ordered today were originated from cuisines other than Taiwanese. Wu Xi Crunchy Eel, Jellyfish Scallop in XO Sauce, and Jadeite Shrimp can really put the chef’s skills to test.

Here the food is amazing, according to the 5-star hotel, where is located. Only one problem in 10 years that I live here they never change the menu... That is very tasty...
