More Comments at Google MapA small restaurant in the Wangxiang tribe. The owner is a Bunun youth. He highly recommends the "Bunun Wild Vegetable Flavor Meal" which must be booked in advance. It is a creative dish with delicious wild vegetables. The main course of a set meal includes pork, Choose one of chicken and lunch fish, and present it in a grilled way. The main course is topped with the boss's special onion, which is sweet and sour and delicious. Personally, I think the boss's side dish is really good, the presentation is so delicate, it makes me enjoy the sight and taste 😙, the boss carefully introduces what ingredients and wild vegetables are used for the side dish, there are Japanese tamagoyaki and croquettes to match Wild celery, Vietnamese spring rolls with savory grass, western baked wild amaranth tower, glutinous rice dumpling wrapped with mountain pork, mountain chrysanthemum, and the pre-dinner appetizers include scallions, mountain bitter gourd, plum sauce tofu and another I forgot the name. A delicious meal, thank you boss. correct! After eating, there is an invoice at the checkout. In the tribe, the boss is awesome👍👍👍
What a great experience! The food is prepared with ingredients that are native to the region, and are Japanese inspired. The sets include diverse dishes from sautéed local herbs to rice rolls and homemade tofu with peanut sauce. Everything is delicious and the chef comes over to explain the ingredients that were used creating an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend.
Came here as part of a small private tour. The food was amazing and something I haven’t had in the US or in Taiwan ever before. The taste is so unique! I didn’t quite understand the food introductions, but I believe this is traditional indigenous Taiwanese cuisine. A “mom and pop” shop but food worthy of a 3 star Michelin restaurant!
