A Rende hidden gem. Excellent artisan-cooked flavor and quality. I could taste the freshness of the parsley in my pan-fried pork neck pesto risotto. The pork was perfectly seasoned, and the risotto was silky and smooth. I loved the addition of mushrooms and other vegetables into the risotto, which gave hearty textural and flavor contrast. My partner had the meatball pasta with red sauce, which had fresh pasta of our choice (between spaghetti, fettuccine, and linguine). She loved the European flavors and fresh vegetables, with plenty of tasty onion and broccoli. The service was excellent, and absolutely worth the wait considering that we knew our food was being handmade and plated to perfection. Remember to bring cash if you don’t have LINE Pay.

Amazing experience! The boss is great chief, who is good at cooking in western foods. Whatever, in pasta and Risotto. We also tried his fried dishes plus beer, especially on hot weather in Tainan.
