Hao chi de huo guo! Super soft and delicious beef hot pot. A little difficult to find but worth to try. Will definitely come back again

You wouldn't be able to locate this place without a local guide. Found in a small alley way. They serve up beef hot pot only. That's the only item on menu. This is day fresh slaughtered unchilled local variety yellow cow I have been told. Simple home style sweet vegetable broth to cook the meat in. What's not to love?

MUST VISIT HOTPOT PLACE Need to make reservation prior your visit but def worth effort & the wait for all experiences coming up. The food - no need to say more - as all those previous reviews, all beef selections are super great, plus big portion w/ lower than expected price. Side dishes are mostly higher than average I might say. The signature (could be spicy or not on your choice) sauce to go w/ meats, veggie..all perfectly matched. Must try! The service - super welcoming so we can feel the warmth esp the boss lady prob can remember you when visiting the 2nd time. 5 stars I would def recommend friends to visit this local hotpot restaurant hidden in PingTung traditional wet market.
