The best local watering hole for expats and Taiwanese alike. Robert always serves up the drinks with a smile. Also, if you want to celebrate any Western holidays, whether it be Halloween, Christmas, or New Year's, this is the place to be.

Spent new years 2019 here. Good time, live band and food was good. Staff and people very friendly! I hear it's a regular hangout for the local foreigners. Not sure what the other nights are like but it was on this night!
