Delicious as usual! My first choice in Chiayi!

my birthday meal at this place was great. I didn't expect Spanish food in chiayi, let alone a Basque chef. Flavors focus on garlic, good olive oil, and lemon. The use of salt was particularly good- bringing out the flavor without overpowering the food. Expensive by Taiwan standards, and you have to make a reservation.
