Delicious food! Even shrimps need to removed shrimp shield by ourself, still tasty and fresh!

Great dining experience. Salad, soup, lovely main dishes and home made dessert and tea. 5 out of five

Although a few small criticisms of the dégustation menu, I am giving this place five stars because I applaud the effort and concepts explored by the chef. It is difficult to find fine dining cuisine in Chaiyi and I am pleased I have found this place.
