The beef is super tender. The broth is clear so it can fit anyone. I prefer more flavorful so I add garlic and chilli sauce and it becomes very delicious. The dish is super suitable for winter. I also like the side dishes, especially the cucumber salad.

The pig's trotter noodles are slightly salty, but the sauce, combined with the braised, sticky texture of the pig's trotters, is delicious. The place is crowded, but the serving speed is relatively fast.

This came highly recommended by foreign bloggers and the local tour company offering walking tours. Noodles al dente. Three of us shared a bowl of the dry beef noodles and beef noodle soup. If you order the dry noodles, they still serve you a small bowl of soup in the side :) Since we shared, there's a table across the cashier where we got smaller bowls for individual serving. We also got a side of some chilled seaweed. Wanted to try the cucumber but they ran out already. The sitting inside is airconditioned. They also provide a dispenser of water which you can help yourself with. Find a table and take note of your table number. They usually ask for it when you order so it's easy to find you when your order is ready. Tables are supplied with garlic and chili condiments, chopsticks and tissue.
