Soup is divided into three categories: Japanese (light), flavor (rich), and sukiyaki (salty) This time we ordered the signature items recommended by the counter: flavored milk and stewed spicy, and also selected healthy tomatoes. Every taste is great, really rich. When adding soup, you have to add more according to the individual soup. Unlike some hot pot restaurants, the soup loses flavor as soon as it is added! There is no other a la carte option for beef. I don’t know how the other a la carte meats are. The meat slices attached to the meal itself are okay, not amazing. I didn’t expect there to be such a great hotpot restaurant in Huwei. Don’t forget to call first to reserve a table to avoid long wait times. Update 20180122: I visited again recently, the menu has been changed and the tomato pot is no longer available!
