Before coming to Xihu, I used to eat another well-known mutton stove. This time I came to eat A Ming because of the break. The original review was just for reference. I ate it today and thought it was delicious. Today I chose traditional Chinese medicine with comprehensive mutton. The clerk recommended adding some bone-in so I added it. Their traditional Chinese medicine soup has just the right taste of Chinese medicine. The mutton will not have the smell of mutton after eating. The meat of the mutton bones is also very soft and tender. The noodles are delicious. My aunt also recommends dried cauliflower. It has a very special taste and a crunchy texture. I have never eaten it before, but it is still delicious. What is more confusing is their lamb with skin, which is a bit different from the lamb I have seen before. The pork @@ that looks very similar to Wanluan pig’s knuckles is delicious overall. Next time I have a chance to come to Xihu, I will choose to eat here.

The soup is rich and delicious, and the aroma of the mutton makes people bite after bite, not bad!
