Different from other cheap teppanyaki, the sirloin in this restaurant is fried with onions, and there may be a little vinegar or other seasonings. It tastes very appetizing. The sauce alone can finish a whole bowl of white rice. The boneless chicken thighs are not just fried dry, the store uses onions and basil to fry, which is particularly delicious. The chopped green onion egg is very thick, and the egg fragrance comes out. The portion is quite large. I suspect that a serving of chopped green onion egg may have more than one egg. I admire the store's stir-fried vegetables. Basically, there are cabbage, water spinach, and bean sprouts for customers to choose two, and the spiciness can be customized to large, medium, small, and slightly spicy. The stir-fried vegetables are fast and delicious! The hot white rice is unlimited in the store, and the soup is densely packed with small clams. The taste is very delicious. I feel that drinking a few more bowls can restore liver function. In addition to drinks that can be taken by yourself, the store also uses an ice bucket to prepare a whole bucket of mung bean soup with ice cubes. After eating teppanyaki, it is really refreshing to remove greasiness. I came to Changhua from Taipei for work. I arrived late, so I ate until the boss was about to close.
