We ordered Matsusaka pork stir-fried with green onions and the chef is very good! The Matsusaka pork is crispy, the onions are sweet, the gentian grouper is fresh and chewy, the fried water lotus with rags is not greasy, the fried three delicacies are like hand vegetables, and the fried white hairtail is cooked at just the right temperature, beautifully and perfectly! Very powerful! And the white hairtail fish is thick enough, unlike the thin ones in the north. You can always pack rice for free, it’s a good quick-fried restaurant!
