When I'm in Chunghwa,Taiwan and I have time, I visit my favorite "stinky tofu" stand: 田尾陳記臭豆腐 I absolutely love the taste of this tofu but the best part is the owner. he and his wife (his son today) are the kindest and warmest people you'd ever want to meet. It's always a treat to visit and the tofu...is to die for. Well, for me it is!
