It is very different from the texture of ordinary mechanically made rice. The ingredients are fresh, delicious and affordable. The sashimi is thick and satisfying. The Japanese onion and tamagoyaki salad are very appetizing and delicious. My husband must eat the truffle beef rice bowl and chicken skewers every time he comes. I really like the stir-fried oolong and the fresh fish soup is delicious. I will try other items next time🥰
