This time I stayed at Tangquanmeidi next to Alang Canteen. For dinner, I went directly to Alang Canteen downstairs. , I ordered fried rice with shredded pork, stir-fried asparagus, and three cups of tofu. The first bite changed my perception of the saltiness of Guanziling restaurants. The fried rice grains have the aroma of the pot, and are not greasy. The saltiness is just right. , the minced garlic used to sauté the asparagus will not take away the original fragrance of the ingredients. The three cups of tofu are really recommended. Does the store use egg tofu, or fry first and then stir-fry three cups of tofu? The main body absorbs three cups of salty and sweet sauce, which is basically a rice killer.
