More Comments at Google MapVery good food. Can’t speak a lick of Chinese, my great-aunt ordered. Staff was very friendly but I didn’t know what they were talking about. Best dish is the rice noodle and the cabbage, sooooo delicious.
This was my second time eating there. I ordered the peanut tofu, pork belly soup, and fried rice noodles again to savor the flavor. I believe the quality of rice noodles in this area isn't much different. But this one has a good reputation, and the flavor is average. And the price is reasonable. So I decided to return. I think I'll probably come back often.
Because I like to eat Meinong's fried onion rice noodles, I often make it on the spur of the moment, but every time I go to Meinong, I never find a rice noodles restaurant that I particularly like and can eat on a regular basis. Today I chose Meguiang Rice Noodles after reading the reviews, and drove all the way from Kaohsiung City. The Rice Noodles store is in an alley, with a very considerate signboard, and an exclusive parking lot. It is open until 6 o'clock, so people who are far away from Meinong can also eat it. 😆 I ordered dry rice noodles/peanut tofu/garlic white meat/sauerkraut pork belly soup for dine-in, and two portions of fried rice noodles for takeout. /Daylily Flower Shredded Pork Soup/Small Portion of Pork Feet/Garlic White Pork Two servings of peanut tofu. Let’s talk about the rice noodles first, because I personally like to eat Q’s, so if you like Q’s chewy rice noodles, you will feel that the rice noodles do not meet your inner expectations. But the peanut tofu surprised me. It has a slight peanut flavor, a touch of saltiness, and a cool taste when eaten alone. Sprinkling peanut powder adds more flavor. However, because it is light and basically does not add any sauce, it will feel salty when eaten with soy sauce. The peanut tofu taken home for children to eat only has peanut powder sprinkled on it, and it is also very good. The white meat with garlic paste is delicious, and the pig's feet are for my junior high school daughter. She said it was spicy (because of the garlic😂) and a bit salty. But the stew is bad enough, and it is delicious when paired with rice noodles. The sauerkraut and pork belly soup used inside is relatively weak, because the soup is not sour, and the pork belly is not delicious. But the daylily shredded pork soup that I took home was delicious. Every time I go to a store, I pay attention to the sauce bottles. Each bottle mouth here is covered with a small cup, and the container is kept clean. It makes me feel comfortable to see it😌 Because of this, I feel relieved to add vinegar and spicy food😁 5 stars are for the clean and tidy store environment and the beautiful sister who contacted me. She patiently responded to my questions about unfamiliar food. Next time Will repurchase and try other meals😁
