Iconic bah-uân shop in Changhua. Delicious bah-uân and delicious tofu, meatball soup. Famous for a reason.

What makes Beidou taiwanese meatballs unique is their shape and ingredients (no mushroom, more bamboo shoots). To that end this famous place is spot on! Sauce is on the sweeter end but once you add the hot sauce it balances out the flavor. Skin texture was perfectly chewy. The tofu and pork ball soup was perfectly seasoned and good balance to the heavier flavor of the meatball. This is a must try if in the Beidou area!
