The ingredients are fresh and delicious. The fried eel in the sauce is cooked just right. It goes well with rice when paired with a delicious sauce. The smoked eel tastes like a bomb, which is very special. Very comfortable, stir-fried raw scallops, steamed medium rolls, are also amazing, highly recommended!
