Meinong is my hometown, this shop has tranditional Meinong rice noodles. Which includes pork meat/pork bone broth, thin sliced rice noodles, deep fried Taiwanese shallot and a piece of boiled pork, Taiwanese leek and green bean sprouts. And there are 2 condiments on the table: red chili sauce and black vinegar. Please give it a try after tasting original flavors of the rice noodles. The soup of the soup board is a soup made from big bones, which tastes quite strong. The Hakka stir fry is the most refreshing and non-greasy stir fry I have ever eaten. I like the taste. The fried wild lotus in a small plate is full of weight, refreshing and crispy.
