Excellent ramen! The flavor of the broth is complex and subtle, and the noodles have a silky, slightly firm texture. Without a doubt, this is authentic Japanese cuisine.

OMG. So good, so authentic, and so cheap! I like eating the noodles fast to enjoy top quality then adding the second serving of noodles to the remaining soup for only 20 NTD more.
