Sinpi Township, Pingtung County｜阿華牛雜湯

Chanced upon this place through Google maps. On first instance, we were welcomed by warm and friendly staff who where helping us with food recommendation. Food was pleasantly good. We didn’t order any soup dishes but they gave us free soup to try and offered refill!! Never had basil in beef soup before so it was a nice experience. Different from the beef soup found in Singapore. We ordered the mince pork rice and Sha Cha beef noodles which were very homey and delicious. Mince pork rice was flavourful with scallion taste. Beef was chewy yet tender and not over cooked. I would totally visit this place again if given the chance. The staffs there don’t speak English, mandarin only. But there is a giant menu with photos for reference. Parking by the road side is ok. Just don’t block their store.

The beef is fresh, "sweet, and tender. Really delicious broth. Will come back if nearby.

The environment is simple and the service is ordinary, but the beef offal soup is really rich (100 yuan for a large portion), if you are still hungry, you can serve it with minced meat rice.
