In the ninth year of Taisho (1920), the family officially registered as Jiaxian. Xiaoqi Taro Ice was started by Liu Jianfang, the fourth generation of the Liu family, who was the former township head and district chief, and his wife Lihong. Later, the fifth generation took over and used the Jiaxian taro as the raw material to produce the earliest local taro ice. , after two generations of continuous hard work and development, it finally reached today's scale.
