Hengchun Township, Pingtung County｜墾丁凱撒大飯店-發現西餐廳 Compass Restaurant

We were here on Christmas Eve of party of 4 adults and an infant. Very satisfied with the buffets for dinner and breakfast. To be honest, the food exceeds our expectation in regards to the tag price($980/ppl before mandatory extra 10% for tips). There were some local specialties, variety of Chinese/Japanese(sashimi and sushi etc.)/Western(steak, cassoulet etc.) and draft beer(unavailable for breakfast, which makes sense) which did satisfy my whole family. Moreover, they offer free baby congee(to order with waitress directly and it takes minutes to make) and when my boy messed everything up on the floor, the waitresses were very attentive and friendly to help clean and make another serve of baby food. I highly recommended this restaurant for its food, service and environment. The only drawback would be the limited two dinning sessions of 5:30-7pm and 7:30-9pm and it was extremely long line waited/crowded/full for first session so it is suggested to make reservation ahead.
