HUN is a hidden gem in Taichung, with it's euro asinine mix of dishes there will some to please everyone. Most of the dishes are pasta based with some very original twists. I would recommend booking a table as there was a long wait the night we went, so I was relived we had pre booked. The staff were very attentive and spoke a good amount of English. HUN is certainly on our return to dine list. Great atmosphere even if it is hidden away on the first floor.

The orange sauce has a special taste, and the white sauce has a super rich taste. The original portion is quite enough, and those with big appetites can also add noodles for free🍝 #一中food #Italian Cuisine #Italy

The spaghetti taste is very unusual but delicious! The service here is very good too! Although the ambience is a bit crowded (since the place is a bit small) but definitely will come back again.
