For me, who lives near Tainan City, I think this piece of fish maw costs 120 yuan, plus the butterfly pea flower as an appetizer and salad. I think the unit price of 50 yuan is not excessive. Then there is the pumpkin soup for 30 yuan and the dessert panna cotta for 40 yuan. The total is 240 yuan. The remaining 40 yuan is the chef's craftsmanship, seasoning skills and the energy and time spent on cooking. Calculate All in all, it's actually a great value for money. But whether it’s worth it or not depends on how pleasing it is to your eyes before tasting it and whether you miss the food after tasting it. After moving, the new store is spacious and the dining environment is very comfortable. The ingredients are healthy and fresh. The eggs are specially selected and the dishes are smooth and tender. The turmeric chicken with salad and pumpkin soup are very delicious! The dessert cheesecake is very smooth. I like their cold-brewed high mountain tea the most, which is rich and sweet!
