Old School Taiwanese Seafood Restaurant. This is really childhood memory. Business was slow due to Covid-19 but the food and the service were as good as I remember. Fresh ingredients and simple cooking methods have sustained this restaurant on the foodie map since 1958.

Open for sixty years, a gorgeous seafood restaurant in the Huaxi Street Night Market! The name is Tainan Danzai Noodles, but the main dish is seafood. The decoration is magnificent, the restaurant is full of flowers and antique western furniture, and the tableware is Hermes, Wedgwood, Noritake, Christofle and other famous brands! The waiters are all dressed in uniforms like stewardess uniforms, and they greet you thoughtfully. The quality of the food is also good, the mullet roe is very salty, fragrant and delicious; the seasonal bamboo shoots used as a cold salad can be so tender and delicious; The meat is delicate and tender, and it is indeed very delicious; the fried crab with onions and eggs is also very special. At the end, of course, a bowl of Danzai noodles is the finale, and the Danzai noodles are indeed delicious!

Everything was great. Incorporated several Taiwanese dishes into main courses, which was indeed impressive.
