Yuanlin City, Changhua County｜Xi Shun vegetarian health Vegetarian Restaurant

We found this place after a quick google search, the only place open at that time. Tumbled in here after a long hike; sweaty and ravenous. The restaurant did not disappoint. Of course some Chinese is required to order, but the staff was super helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. Perfectly crunchy spring rolls, subtly sweet milk rolls, an exquisite sweet-sour sauce, and a couple of other things that I have since forgotten due to the resulting food coma. My only complaint is that I had to drive for hours before I could cash in on that well deserved nap. Go eat here! Make any excuse to get to Yuanlin and eat here. It's worth it!
