Ruisui Township, Hualien County｜瑞穗綠茶肉圓

This is the place i visit every time when i come to Ruisui. The green tea Ba-wan is pretty unique, but 私房麵 and 鵝肉are what you really must try. It seems that Ruisui is not a place just for hot spring. It’s also a place for surprisingly good food and snacks from local stalls and restaurants.

The owner has lovely sense of humor and the food is delicious.

Here you can taste the best dry noodle "乾麵" in Taiwan ever! I remember that when I was cycling around TW last year, we have a stop in 瑞穗. It was already 8:00 pm in the evening, and almost all the stores were closed. So, we go to this restaurant for a quick dinner. Unexpectedly, the food here was super amazing and the cook was really nice to introduce his menu to us. I will never forget the dry noodle here. If I get a chance back to here, I will definitely try it again!
