The sour soup pot has lemongrass flavor. Can be mixed with spicy soup to drink. Although the soups are all heavy-flavored, they taste refreshing and not greasy. The ingredients for the hot pot are pretty good, and the pig blood cake is a bit spread out. Crispy Plum Blossom Bones $330 - The portion is not large for this price. It is bone-in pork that is fried very crispy on the outside. It is actually delicious and does not feel too dry. Fragrant sesame squid $230 - just like the fried medium rolls from ordinary hot stir-fry restaurants. Miaojia Noodles $70 - The flavor of the seasoning is different, it also has lemongrass flavor, but it is just ordinary noodles + bean sprouts, without other ingredients, it is a bit expensive. Crispy sesame pancake $70 - my favorite, it tastes crispy and delicious, and the portion is quite generous. In the end, 8 people ate more than 3,000 yuan, which was considered a bargain.
