My guanyinma, they really deserve more than 5 ⭐️! So so delicious and fresh! The owner was also so friendly!!! Please please make sure you reserve a table for yourself while visiting to Hualien! It is not expensive and the portion just right for one person!

This is definitely the best choice when you are looking for an Omakase restaurant for very local, authentic Taiwanese family cuisines in Hualien. Every single dish is pleasantly delicious, and comes with the owner’s (he is also the chef) devotion, passion, skills, and hospitality. A reservation is Required, and there is a huge car park right next to the restaurant.
